Terms of Service

Welcome to BokTickets (boktickets.us). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and your use of our flight booking, cancellation, and rescheduling services. By accessing our site or calling our reservation desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agency Disclosure & Role

BokTickets.us is a travel agency and independent intermediary. We do not own, manage, or operate any aircraft or airline services. ·        

  • We facilitate bookings between you (the "Customer") and third-party travel providers (the "Airlines"). ·        

  • Your booking is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage and fare rules of the specific airline you choose.

2. User Representations

By using this site, you warrant that:        

  • You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. ·        

  • All information supplied by you is true, accurate, current, and complete. ·        

  • You will only use this website to make legitimate reservations for you or for others for whom you are legally authorized to act.

3. Pricing and Availability

  • Quotes vs. Final Fare: All prices are subject to change until a ticket is issued. Fares are not guaranteed until the airline provides a PNR (Passenger Name Record) and ticket number.     

  • Taxes & Fees: Unless otherwise stated, fares include government taxes and airline fees. Any "ancillary fees" (baggage, seat selection, etc.) are subject to the airline’s specific fee schedule. ·        

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Booking and Payment

      

  • Authorization: When you provide payment details over the phone or online, you authorize BokTickets and its partners to charge the total amount of the booking to your payment method. ·        

  • Verification: To prevent fraud, we may require a copy of a government-issued ID or a credit card authorization form for certain high-value or international transactions.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

  • Airline Rules: All cancellations and changes are governed by the specific fare rules of the airline. Most discounted fares are non-refundable and non-transferable.    

  • Agency Fees: BokTickets charges a non-refundable administrative fee for processing cancellations ($50–$150) or rescheduling ($30–$100), in addition to any penalties charged by the airline. ·        

  • 24-Hour Rule: Per US DOT regulations, for bookings made at least 7 days prior to departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, subject to agency processing fees where applicable.

6. Travel Documentation (Passports & Visas)

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel), visas, and health certificates. BokTickets is not liable for boarding denials due to improper documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

BokTickets shall not be held liable for: ·        

  • Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or strikes caused by the airline. ·        

  • Personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during travel. ·        

  • Errors or inaccuracies in the airline's schedule or pricing displayed on our site. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to BokTickets.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: ·        

  • Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations. ·        

  • Use any "robot" or "spider" to monitor or copy our content. ·        

  • Deep-link to any portion of this website for any purpose without our express written permission.

9. Call Recording and Privacy

By calling our reservation desk, you consent to the recording of calls for quality assurance and training purposes. All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State, e.g., Delaware/Florida/Texas]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert City], rather than in court.
